Introduction:
=============
This map is based on the Jedi Enclave on the remote and undeveloped planet of
Dantooine, seen in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. It's all set before
Darth Malak literally ruined it with his Sith fleet, in the hunt for the Jedi
Bastila Shan. Because of Dantooine's low population and remote location, it
was the perfect place for the Jedi to build a hidden training ground. They
could train new generations of Jedi, and help out the people living there.
History:
========
This map was started long time ago, by SMoKE and Kessno11. Kessno11 got us a
great collection of in-game screenshots of the original map from
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. However, after a while, the map was
locked down, because we were looking for someone who could make the Dantooine
tree for us; we couldn't bear the thought of using any of the Yavin trees.
That wouldn't look good at all. So, after a good amount of time, we were upon
the brink of giving up. By that time, SMoKE had become much better at mapping
than when he had first started it, and he had also got some basic skills
using 3DS Max, so he found it best to remake the entire thing, and create the
tree by himself. So he did. The modeling process was really slow, though, and
after the tree, he didn't feel like making the other models needed. But then,
one angel called darklighter came down from nowhere and said he would do it.
So he made us the workbench, some chairs, and he improved the tree a little
bit.
Then version 1 was all set, and ready for you to download and enjoy!
